1. Have you added the serial number to Native Access and followed the instructions in the video below?
2. Are you using Kontakt 5.8.1 or later or 6.2.2 for Ibrido Cinematica?
3. In Komplete Kontrol, select Preferences/Library and then press re-scan
You can check the version of Kontakt you are using by clicking on the NI logo at the top right of Kontakt. Please note that sometimes the version may be different between standalone Kontakt and the version used in your DAW
